UD Users' Group Goes Green

This year the Executive Group will "Go Green" and conduct paperless elections.

According to Jeff Walter, President, UD Users' Group, "This year we opted for electronic balloting for a few reasons. Namely the fact that our Business Meeting is taking place on the front end on Connections this year. In addition, a great deal of time and money was spent on the paper ballot method. We also believe that this will enhance the number of ballots cast by CU's that are unable to attend (Connections) for whatever reason" he explained.

However, with the introduction of paperless ballots come new challenges.

According to our By Laws, each member (which is a dues paying credit union) is entitled to one (single) vote.

Assuming that your CU is a member, you must designate a "Voting Delegate" to vote on behalf of your CU.

EPCOT Fireworks Event !

Your Users' Group has planned a fun night of fireworks at EPCOT in our own private venue. This is a wonderful opportunity to network with other ULTRADATA^® credit unions enjoy drinks and dessert as EPCOT puts on a spectacular fireworks show.

Then enjoy the rest of the evening in the park. Yes, the park is open until midnight and the ticket you pick up at our booth gives you free admission to the park for the rest of the evening.

Instructions:

Transportation is on your own. Disney provides bus transportation to Epcot. The buses leave every 15 minutes from the Coronado Springs Resort.

Enjoy Epcot and make your way to the venue.

Wear your Conference Badge which identifies you as an ULTRADATA^® User.
