Proposed By-Law Revision

The Executive Committee has deemed it neccessary to modify the group's By-Laws. Most changes are in relation to clarifying intended meaning of the current version.
 
Per our By-Laws, any change requires a vote by membership either "FOR" or "AGAINST". The Executive Committee recommends a vote "FOR".
