President's Message As we wind down 2009, I want to take a moment to thank our membership for your support.
The support you've shown the Executive group concerning your vision and direction for the UltraData product that has been evident over this past year via survey participation, email and phone calls.
I believe that it is because of this support that we have been able to remain vigilant in discussions with UltraData and able to bring about change. Change that you the users have requested.
Over this past year we've taken a role and have assisted UltraData in streamlining the RFE process giving the users a say so in priority placement as well. We've revamped our own web site to provide us the foundation to build upon. We've provided input gathered from users pertaining to the direction of UltraAccess. We've continued to provide our members with a voice.
As we close the book on 2009 and open a chapter in 2010 I as well as the entire Executive group wish you and your families a joyous Christmas and prosperous New Year.
